We had to call Roto-Rooter to fix our faucets on sinks and tubs. They did a temporary fix and had to come back after a couple weeks. They charged us both times. We had to call again, and they wouldn't fix the problem. They did another temporary fix and asked to have the landlord call. He wouldn't authorize them to come out but they wouldn't tell us why. We found out that he had been charged $400.00 for new faucets that we never got. Dishonest.
