When I first spoke with enterprise they were very friendly and accomodating. They let me know that my car I would be requesting would be ready for me at any time from our phone conversation until 6 PM when they closed. When I arived at their location they were very friendly yet again, all smiles and cheer. Kevin set me up with the needed documents, persuaded me to purchase their insurance, he was so nice I could'nt say no, and offered to help me transfer anything to my rental. After I was done with the vehicle they checked me out and informed me af all charges that would be charged to my account and what would be charged to my insurance company. When all was said and done they asked if there was anywhere that I needed a ride to. I said I was just going to the repair shop across the street. They still offered to take me. In conclusion, yes I would recommend Enterprise car rentals to friends and family. I'm sure they were only doing their job, but they made me feel so comfortab
