We hired the Crawfish Co. to do a Louisiana Crawfish Boil. Being LSU grads, we were prepared to put them to the test. We were not disappointed. Our entire group commented that we thought that we had died and gone back to Louisiana. They served the crawfish, corn and potatoes on traditional plywood crawfish tables. The crawfish were spiced just right and the crawfish ettouffee and red beans and rice were right out of my grandmas kitchen. Lisa, the catering director, made sure that all our goals were met. I forgot what good customer service was until our experience with the Crawfish Co. of Central Fla. We will be calling them again for our future crawfish boils. Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!
