If IN-AND-OUT Burgers, were located in Utah, this mediocre chain would be out of business. The burgers here could be used as frisbees. The chicken sandwich was WAY overdone and tasteless. The onion rings were just ordinary. And the shake was no more than some unidentified cold blob, with a straw stuck in it. If you want a real burger-fries-&-shake; go to Red robin.
