We had just gotten into town, and were ready to enjoy some good Texas food. We were not dissapointed here. The waitress was really sweet, and kept our drinks full. It was a little noisy, because it was full. We waited a little for the food, but it was worth it-we had deep-fried macaroni and cheese, the BBQ plate, the fried zuchinni and mushrooms appetizer, and the chili. The chili was okay, everything else was OUTSTANDING. The house salad was perfect-torn iceburg, tomatoes and cheddar.
Pros: delicious, pleasant staff, central location
Cons: no beer on tap, only bottled
