The chef's previous restaurant was good but he has moved beyond that to great. The flavors are inventive, the ingredients incredibly fresh, and the atmosphere hip but comfortable. I went on a packed night with friends 8 and sat at the communal table. Despite the crowd the soundproofing and layout were such we had no problem hearing each other. We ordered 8 tapas and 4 desserts and shared them all. Not a mis-step to be found. We are eager to go back and try the dishes we didn't order. The polenta and risotto especially should not be missed. Our favorite meat was the rack of lamb. Whatever you do, save room for the chocolate mousse dome!
