People talk about Portland City Grill like it is the nicest restaurant in town sometimes and this is giving it way too much credit. The decor is boring and the staff isn't all the friendly or well trained. And worst of all every grungy, class-less person in town comes here for their ""big night out."" But the place isn't all bad. The food is decent, happy hour is great and the bar is O.K. It is worth going for a happy hour cocktail and some sushi but don't expect the experience of a lifetime.
Pros: Nice view, Great happy hour, Some variety
Cons: Poor ambiance, Slightly overrated, Played out
