Where else can you get authentic dishes from El Salvador? It's fun to try new things, and my wife and I love to taste food from other nations. We enjoy the fried bananas with sour cream (sweet and good!) as well as the basic Salvadoran food called a pupasa. Pupasas are like a cross between turnovers and tacos. It's a flat bread stuffed with meat, cheese or both. The cheese pupasas are delicious, I can eat about three, and they're about $1.50 or $2 each. Small but clean in there.
