We go here for happy hour (4-7). A girl takes our drinks order. Friends want a drink that is similar to a Dreamsicle that is made with Malibu Rum orange/pineapple juice/shot of white soda. The first drink was wonderful, the 2nd was a nightmare, it looked and tasted just like orange/ice hardly crushed. We ask for a shot $3.75, it took 15 min. to bring us and the shot glass was only half full it that. We told them to take the drink and shot back and off the bill. The waiter doesn't even bother to ask if she would like another drink, nor apologizes and the manager doesn't even acknowledges the problem. I believe this was very poor service and we will never go back there. Besides a cosompolitan was $6.00.
The waiter only recieved a $2 tip out of a$45.00 bill. Mind you this was happy hour.
