One day they were very helpful in figuring out the problem I was having with my truck. I purchased a Haynes Repair Manual which they let me look at in the store. A couple days later I found that same manual that I had purchased years before. When I tried to return the manual that I had just bought, they wouldn't take it back. The worst part was their attitude. They wouldn't tell me why they wouldn't take it back, just that I couldn't return it. There manager wouldn't give a reason either. They didn't tell me that I couldn't return it when I purchased it, and they refused to give a reason why I couldn't. Cons: Customer Service, Return Policy more
