I'm sorry to report that I'm very unhappy with my visit to Grand Illusion. The store has outdated styles - and extrememly over priced clothes and accessories. I tried several items and was not pleased with the lack of service from the manager. Stay away from the clothes rack that is placed outside the store - I found several items damaged, with inflated prices to counter for a big price reduction. How do places like this stay in business?
