I'd heard many good things about tayst, and wasn't disappointed when i finally dined there. the server was very helpful and we decided to do flights of wine so that we could try several new things. Appetizers were great: we had a special lamb appetizer and the tempura hearts of plam, both great. we shared a salad (which they actually split for us in the kitchen!), then had the freeform ravioli (amazing!) and the caramel apple lamb shank (very nice presentation and combination of flavors!). Though we didn't have room for desert, they sounded intriguing: the chef is not afraid to have fun with food, which is a plus. overall, a great experience, and we'll be back soon!
