Staff is very nice, peaceful atmosphere, emphasis on brain respiration, it's a blend of yoga and other disciplines, like Tai-Chi. Improve of eating habits and adds lots of flexibility. Improves your attitude 100%. The only drawback may be the cost. Need to make it more affordable to the public
