The Au Pauvre was indeed zesty, very charred, almost crisp on the outside, but still somehow pink on the inside. The oysters were perfect. My friend had a bison steak, which I think is a littel dry, but that seems to be the nature of bison. The wine list was overwhelming, but we managed to find an inexpensive Spanish wine that went very well with out meat.
