We ordered takeout sushi and they stuck an automatic 10% gratuity on the bill. Now, I normally tip 25% on the after-tax amount, but not on takeout, and I resent having it automatically put on the bill. I complained and they explained it was ""optional"", which is funny considering they put it on by default and made every effort to hide its presense.
Just a skeezy practice if you ask me, and at an otherwise mediocre, cheesy place.
