This is by far THE BEST Indian food in Nashville, and I have eaten at all of the Indian restaurants in Nashville, numerous times each.
I always go back to Cuisine of India, and am never disappointed. Food is always fresh and has a rich and full flavor. The prices are right, and the staff is friendly and very attentive to the customer. One true test...my water is never empty.
I prefer to order from the menu, but the buffet is excellent, awesome price. Very vegetarian friendly (as most Indian restaurants are).
I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.
