The Chef here is superb, She has to have the voodoo magic in her recipes, because I have never eaten this quality of food anywhere else. She is professionally trained in New Orleans and has surpassed the master chefs that she trained under in this art of cooking creations. Anything on the menu and the daily specials are to die for. Some of the current menu items in 3/05 are (Lunch - Red beans and rice, meatloaf w/ mac and cheese) Dinner the Crawfish with filled crepes are unbelieveable. ""The dishes are simple and easy to eat, but memorable.""
