This is a great place because the atmosphere is very arty and dramatic, most of the food is stellar, and they have some great wines and fun cocktails.
The Cioppino and Skate were fantastic, but boiled potatoes were a lazy side dish. The cheese plate comes with small portions of excellent local cheeses and the best fruit paste/relishes/chutneys I have every tasted. Bread is fresh and delicious.
CONS:The house salad is a waste of menu space. I have been consistently disappointed by the desserts and will not order them again.
Pros: ambience, seafood, wines
Cons: Prices are too high, Desserts
