My bf and I went there last Friday night at 8pm. Waited 20 minutes for soup, and 30 more minutes for the main noodle dish. Two parties came later than us got served way before us. One of the later parties were done before we got the noodle dish. Asked the waiter, and he said because they didn't order soup, that's why they got served faster. The other party who came later got the main dish served soon after their soup came. I saw all that but didn't bother to argue with the waiter.
The food is good, but not worth 50 minutes waiting on a noodle dish and terrible service.
