I do have to admit I have never eaten downstairs. I found the prices more reasonable in the cafe upstairs, and the deck is awesome! I think this is the best waterfront dining in Seattle, hands-down. If you have a visitor from out of town, want to have a leisurely lunch with your friends or impress a date, take them to Ray's! The food is always awesome and the service good. It is definitely worth the wait on a sunny day!
