This might very well be the best place for a steak. At least in LA. They have marked up the prices overall and it's a killer but yeah, it's worth it. Cool retro place with "wannabe actors" as waiters. Surprisingly friendly atmosphere and not so stuffy one might expect. I had the double-cut porterhouse (Pittsburg style) and it was just out of this world. They hang it for 23 days and have their own special rub. Then they caramilize it before they cook it. The result was fantatstic. This is all in all as close to a perfect place. AND they haver a really cool special room if you are around 6-10, necxt to the kitchen and off from the others (in the event your party want to be a little alone). You'll find me here!
