I had the unenviable task of ordering eight phones on behalf of our organization, and they took the time to call to connect each phone's service rather than forcing me to trudge through that all by myself. It took awhile, but they dealt with it and even made sure the service operators on the other end didn't pull any shenanigans (it was close to 5pm EST=quitting time) by cutting off our requests. I doubt I would have fared as a lowly customer calling into an 800-service number. Anyway, they were very personable and answers all questions.
PROS: good service; affordable phones
CONS: it tends to be very crowded
