I paid over 200 dollars to have my Cannondale mountain bike (including head shock) overhauled at this location and was assured by the staff that they could repair Cannondale mountain bikes. During my first ride after the overhaul, my front shock literally came apart. When I returned the bicycle for warranty repair, they said that they could not/ would not repair it. They went on to tell me that although I paid for the overhaul, they had worked on the shock for 'free' and I was not entitled to a refund.
