Liberation Yoga is a small studio owned by husband and wife Christine and Gary, who share many years of practice and teaching. All of the instructors are uniquely different in their methods and styles of yoga so there are classes available for all levels and types of practices. This small studio has something corporate chains such as Yoga Works do not have - that is a great big heart, staff who know you by name, and a genuine welcome to everyone who is lucky enough to step through their doors where Ganesha, the elephant-headed Hindu god, sits patiently waiting to welcome all. I have tried many studios in the L.A. area, and finally found my home at Liberation Yoga.
