I took my diamond ring in for sizing. I was charged $135 and when it was returned there was metal shavings adhered to the bottom of one of the baggettes, the other baggette was loose, the ring was sized in an oval, not round, and I was told they would not do anything about it. It cost me $150 dollars to have what they did to my ring repaired elsewhere.
Cons: rude, poor customer service
