We went to Forbes Mill Restaurant back in July (2004). We had excellent, attentive, informed servers--so nice!! I can't remember our appetizers, but I remember they were very good. I ordered the brie and smoked chicken pasta--very, very good. My friend ordered the ribeye steck with bleu cheese and maui onions--It was EXCELLENT, next time I am ordering that! We also had the sample of desserts, every dessert we tried was fabulous. Overall an excellent dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
