My hair style experience was terrible. The stylist was rude. It turned out that shampoo and hair style is not included in the $30 price which I was never told before. The cut lasted for 10-15 mins only. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I ended up having my hair ends trimmed for $30, that's it.... Although i expected some new style .... After complaining I was told that the only solution is to go back to the same stylist.... After refusing I was told that i should pay and the owner will call me next day. The owner never called me back.... Will never go back .... And this is the best SPA in Boulder ???? You must be kidding.
