Went there for an oil change. We were told an hour, after an hour, not only had they not started, but the person in charge wasnt around. When he finally did arrive - twenty minutes later, no apologies, no explanations were given - just lame flirtations. Two hours for an over-priced oil change accompanied by harrassment - what fun!
