I hired these clowns to clear out my in-ground sprinkler for the winter season. Firstly, they couldn't arrive on-time for their appointment, causing me to reschedule 3 times. Secondly, they hiked the rates on me SUBSTANTIALLY without warning (or my consent -- "take it or leave it") after they finally showed up. It was almost like a bait and switch. Thirdly, they were unprofessional, rude, and uncourteous. When I pay this type of money to blow excess water out of my sprinklers, I expect them to do the work. Instead, they call on me to carry warm water outside to help them. They should have been paying me. I can hook up an air compressor to a valve and order people around too.
All in all, a negative experience. Plus, they couldn't pump out all of my zones. Incompetent scam artists. Avoid them at all means.
