While Dr. Keast kept us informed during some surgery, it turned out that an assistant performed most of the procedure. Our cat hates going to the vet so, while he was asleep, we asked that he be checked for ear mites. In any case, he was sent home with ear mites anyway.
In addition, the office staff failed to send us a reminder that our cats were due for vaccinations for about a year and a half.
Just too many foul ups. We're going to get the ear mites taken care of elsewhere. Oh boy, double the cost and double the stress on our cat.
