Last winter I went out to my car to find that my back window was entirely shattered (apparently it had gotten too cold outside). I obviously couldn't drive like this. I called up Twin Bay the next morning. They had me bring my car right over and they got the glass replaced that day. They also assisted me in taking the necessary steps with my insurance company. I found them to be very friendly, professional and helpful. They are located in a convenient in-town location on 8th Street however getting in and out of their lot can be a bit tricky due to the heavy traffic on 8th Street.
