I've been to this salon 2 times before and Maryanne was great with my hair. I never had to wait for an appointment and I arrived at each one on time if not earlier. The 3rd time I arrived at 515pm on a Friday, w/ my appointment at 530pm. I checked in and read a magazine. When I fainlly recognized it was 15min past my appointment time, I was irritated to learn the person I checked in with nor the stylist took the time or courtesy to let me know they were running late and why. I talked w/ the rep and she didnt have an answer. I left disappointed in the lack of professionalism and my lack of planning to get a haircut on a Friday night 1/2hr before closing - they didnt want to cut my hair nor would they have done a good job.
Pros: ok decor/atmosphere, personable stylists, competent stylists
Cons: lack of courtesy, no customer service
