My family has been following the main sushi chef for nearly twenty years, back when he worked at Nakamoto as a nobody. Now he has really used his skills as the best sushi chef in town to grow into the elegant, affordable (compared to others), delicious restaurant in Dallas. The nights we had scheduled to go on (every friday) would be the best nights all week and I would day dream about dinner there during high school classes. They have the best Uni I have ever had, and if you want something new or not on the menu, ask, because they will make something for you. I live in LA...but I refuse to go to any sushi bars out there anymore. Sushi Saki is just the best.
