Q's has apparently taken a page from the Boulder book of restaurant service with its inattention to detail in this category. As with many Boulder restaurants, the expectation is that the clientele is as ""laid back"" as the restaurateur. With a price point in the neighborhood of $100 per person, Qs should pay more attention. We arrived for our reservation promptly - anything else would be rude on New Years Eve, right? The restaurant was obviously less concerned with punctuality as they were ""finishing up a meeting"" and asked us to wait outside. At five-minutes past our reservation time, we tentatively reentered the restaurant and were greeted frostily by a hostess oblivious about their lack of professionalism. We were virtually ignored after that for 25 minutes - our order finally taken by a waitress unbelievably ruder than the hostess. The food is amazing though - thus the overall recommendation.
Pros: Outstanding Food
Cons: Lousy Service, Expensive
