I rented a patio heater for a party and it didn't heat! It took them about 50 minutes to find the right valve for it, so that was a bit annoying since I had made the reservation several days in advance. When I returned the heater, I told them it hadn't done it's job. I was hoping I might get a partial refund. At the time, they just said, ""we'll check it out."" I decided I didn't want to bother fighting for the refund, so I left. A couple days later, I got a call from them saying that they had looked at it and the propane tube had been blocked. They gave me a full refund! So, the product wasn't great, but in the end the service was. I'd give them another chance. Pros: availability, service Cons: waiting time more
