Needed ideas on how to update my in-ceiling audio system. I followed their suggestion of having their tech provide in-home consultation & quote. The quote he provided was 2 1/2 times more than my budget, but I was happy it was done quickly & in writing. When I told him that it was much more than I had in mind & were there any lower cost alternatives, he told me he was very busy but would try to get back to me. Haven't seen it yet. I purchased & installed 2 items he recommended. The speakers sound terrible! So now I have to deal with them again. They have taken what should have been a simple fix & dragged it on for 8 weeks! I have lost all confidence in their willingness to solve this problem. Good customer service isn't something FSM fully practices.
