Over 3 months to get my final pictures! The first time I went to pick them up, the color of the images was wrong (my girls dresses looked blue when they were really purple). Forget call backs and hear excuses like "Laryngitis" or "stomach flu." Tired to limit # of photos at wedding to 210 when I paid extra for unlimited photos. I had to argue the day of my wedding to get more film.
COmpletely unprofessional - they will lie to your face and not blink an eye. Go ANYWHERE else. If I could change anything anything about my wedding - the choice in taylor made. Over $3000 paid and I can't get a call back. Poor
