The Director of Sales Audrey L. Jennings does not no how to satisfy customers. Food was good. But the front desk staff is not very professional. My husband and I had issues with the amenities, the front desk staff never came to resolve the problem...later that Monday...I was told that I should have asked for a price adjustment--which I did! I was told that the Manager wasnt there and I should call back on Monday to get an adjustment. I did call Audrey on Monday Dec 12, 2005. And she said that it was too late to ask for an adjustment and that she in fact was there on site. So I feel that I was lied to and mislead. In addition to the amenities not working well, I was charged double and will not be able to get the funds due to my credit card until 72 hours.
