Although the food may be tasty, the customer service SUCKS. I WAS a loyal customer for 20 years, even turned other people on to Tito's. One day I dropped a BOX of food in the parking lot, because the box was not packed properly and I had another BOX and a bag. That was the second day, in a row, that I had gone there that week. The ""manager"" on the pedestal controlling the money, told me I could pay half price to replace my order, beacuse of her ""profit margin"". Needless-to-say, I have not been back. I tried to contact them through their website, and no one has responded, that was three (3) weeks ago.
Pros: cheap eats
