I requested two workers on a Wednesday morning for work on Friday at 9AM. I called on Friday at 9:45AM to see where they were - no had shown up. The receptionist told me they could't locate my account and therefore did not send anyone out. Meanwhile, she had to excuse why no one called sooner, and there were no more workers available for the day. Result - I had a moving truck sitting in my driveway at $35/Hr waiting for the workers to help. I also asked for the Manager ""Tim"" to call me back. Never received that call. I strongly suggest not using this firm until they improve their internal communications.
