This store has the worst customer service. Once they have your credit card number they never return phone calls. They are rude on the phone and at the register. They charge two dollars an envelope for lopsided printing. They add in charges that were never mentioned and charge you without approval or signature. When anything is questioned they are hostile (this is the owner herself I'm speaking of). This is one snotty shop and they have no reason to think they are above their customers. Details, what a joke. Pros: nothing Cons: rude employees, bad service, bad printing more
