I've had several rolls of medium format film developed and printed there. At first, I thought they were friendly, and the lines across my prints were an accident. Then, I thought the missed photos that were not printed were an accident. But when I took cross-processed images in for enlargement and got back horrible, badly color-corrected images (I did not want cc) that were WAY overpriced, I decided that they just don't know what they are doing. I've had fingerprints on prints, condescending service, and I've had them claim not to use machines, they say they can't print ""because the machines are turned off."" AVOID.
Cons: expensive, inconsistant quality, moronic service
