We were served a bottle of wine and a bowl of olives and were looking forward to a leisurely, mid-week dinner. We questioned the server about the special and soup and that was as close as we got to any real food! We sat for an hour with menus without anyone approaching our table to check on us to see if we were ready to order or to pour more wine. We repeatedly tried catching our server's eye, which should not be a problem in such a small dining room, but he somehow never managed to see us! After an hour and fifteen minutes in the restaurant, we were hungry and upset. To top it all off...no one apologized!
