I was a very informed customer; I actually traveled to Italy and Fl to determine pricing for the furniture. My first quote was significantly higher than the Italy quote. It wasn't until I came back with the Italy and FL quote that they reduced the original quote. The difference between the original and final quote was HUGE and they could not explain why the first quote was so much higher. Customer service was not a high priority. I spent over $18,000 on furniture and they did not throw in ""free delivery"" or assembling. Treated me as a ""point"" sale and not a repeat customer. Overall, if I HAD to buy from them again I would, however I would do my best to find another seller. I'm nervous about long term support if I need to order replacement pieces, repair the furniture or I have a warranty issue. Pros: Know Product, Hard to meet on wkend Cons: Customer Service, High Original Quote, Poor communication more
