I guess since they know their food is decent, they don't feel they need to provide customer service. I've never been impressed with their customer service but they're local and deliver. I called for breakfast a few minutes before 10:30 according to every clock in my office, even my cell phone, and because their clock is fast by app. 8 minutes, they refused to deliver breakfast! I find that very bad customer service and will no longer order from Lowdown cafe. more
