The desserts here are incredible. The serving sizes can be inconsistent, but even the ""small"" slices are plenty, considering how many layers most cakes have and how rich they are. The one problem at Rick's is that leftovers are covered and kept until they run out. So if you're ordering an unpopular cake, chances are it's been sitting there a day or two and won't be as delicious as if it were fresh. I disagree with complaints about the price -- it's only a dollar more than you'd pay at Denny's and the quality is no comparison! The cakes are expensive compared to Safeway but about standard for a specialty bakery. Keep in mind there is often a line at peak hours. On the bright side you can use the time you spend waiting to decide what to order!
Pros: delicious!, many varieties, reasonable price
Cons: long lines
