Ordered a freeze frame ice cream cake. They completely messed up the picture on the cake. The owner refused to take responsibility and to correct it, and refused to provide a refund either. Her response, ""the ice cream cake is still good."" Go to another store if you must get a Freeze Frame ice cream cake. more
