The ambience was worth the wait. This place makes you believe you are in Germany, from the Hostess to the waitress to the music and especially the food. Very friendly with the Hostess(AnnaMarie) and the Chef (Michael) who come by to talk to you about your experience. The food was plenty, fresh and very well presented. Never saw one person leave anything on thier plates. The deserts are to die for and how they are presented tells the story and I am told they are made fresh daily. This has become MY favorite resturant in all of Louisville. A Strong 10...
