The Confectionary Cottage is one of my favorite eateries in downtown Binghamton. Always tasty, reasonably priced, and overall a great place for a quiet meal. The catering is fantastic as well. Go down on a First Friday for delicious food, good ambience, and friendly and courteous staff. Reiley runs a top-notch joint. Intimate, tasty, and fun!
