Moved to Campbell 5 years ago and have been going to Stacks off and on just about the entire time. Breakfast menu is great, food is good, and decent value. HOWEVER, success has not been kind IMHO. LONG WAITS on the weekends...can't get there before 8am? don't bother. Too many turns of the tables = stressed out servers = poor service. Sporadic lapses in quality & timing from the kitchen as well.
Weekdays are probably a different story, but for a family weekend breakfast, we go someplace else.
Pros: Menu choices, Value
Cons: Crowded, Noisy, Service
